How does a home inspection work?
The basis of a home inspection boils down to two things, safety and function. We inspect the home/building from roof peak to basement floor, looking for any and all defects. Finding defects is what we do. When/if found we will discuss the defect with you and it will go in the report for you to reference later. This will allow you an opportunity to have a qualified/licensed professional come in and look over the defect, and provide you a quote if needed.
